NORTH HOLLYWOOD – A motorist suffered major injuries today in a crash on a Hollywood (170) Freeway onramp in North Hollywood, authorities said. “A person was seriously injured in this solo vehicle crash and it could be a possible fatality,” said California Highway Patrol Officer Alex Gonzalez, adding that the identity and condition of the victim was not immediately available. The accident on the Burbank Boulevard onramp to the northbound Hollywood (170) Freeway was reported at 12:39 a.m., he said. The cause of the accident was not immediately determined. Los Angeles City Fire Department paramedics were called to the scene at 12:43 a.m., according to the CHP.
